• Rights of admission reserved.
• Taxes extra and as applicable on the tariff.
• Advance payment is required to confirm reservation. Reservation is available on first come first serve basis.
• All tariffs are based on double occupancy, per room, per night.
• The check-in time is 13.00 Hrs and checkout time is 11.00 Hrs.
• Final bill to be settled on site, before check-out.
• Child below 5 years is complimentary.
• Child / Extra Person above 5 years will be charged as Extra
• Food facility is to be made available for drivers on prior request on chargeable basis.
• Additional entertainment programs with cultural activities, outdoor activities, group games and karaoke on request.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
• We request you to produce Identification proof (ID card, Driving License, or PAN Card.) at the time of Check-In for every individual.
• All Refunds will be made in Customers Bank AC only.
• Cancellations :
  Before 72 Hrs prior to check in date: 100% non refundable.
  Between 07 days to 72 Hrs of check in date: 50% of the billing amount will be charged
  Between 14 to 07 days of check in date: 30% of the billing amount will be charged
  Before 14 days of check-in full refund
  The cancellation or amendment should be intimated through mail only : sales@savana.in
• Cancellation Policy doesn't apply during long weekends, public holidays, Diwali, Christmas and New Year.
